Beautiful lagoons.Heated Olympic swimming pool.Large rooms with seating area inside and outside.

Total Chaos in the restaurant.Not enough tables so you queue up or walk around.The quality of food very mediocre.Roasted potatos which were raw and undercooked chicken,red on the inside.

Highly Recommended

Our experience with Azur Arabia was amazing & we highly recommend it; Rooms were spacious, cosy & clean. Staff, especially Mr. Hany in the reception & Emad on the beach were very friendly & supportive, food was nice & they were keen to provide variety, the beach was amazing, & entertainment team were very passionate and friendly

It would be great to add free WI-FI in the rooms Smart TV screens with more channels & more responsive remote control

Everything one could want for a end of year sunny family holiday.

The snorkelling off the marina was world class!

I felt the Spa prices were out of line. You would pay the same in Europe with special rooms, fancy products and an expensive cost of labour. This Spa has non of these. The treatments were nice just 50% too expensive.

Wonderful

This is my 3rd time in Arabia Azur & I will be happy to come again. Excellent location , the beach is incredibly beautiful , wonderful Marina , very nice helpful and professional staff , very nice big swimming pool , the hotel was very clean, the room was very clean & big , the food was tasty with a large variety of dishes. Thank you Arabia Azur ️

Recommended

-Clean -old stile, building, rooms but good services. -Good food -Maney restaurants and coffees -Active atmosphere in general! sometimes in some places you can find a calm atmosphere and relax watching the sea -friendly staff and helpful - acceptable prices - All inclusive is recommended - Very safe and secure - very crowded at the new year - Majority of tourists come from Germany and Netherlands but all other countries. - Tipping will make you more welcomed and therefore happier

A good old hotel but mostly are renovated with very bad animation team.

Beach was good with good spots for snorkeling Check in/out was very quickly and professionally specially with Mr. Ebrahim who was a real professional.

Animation team was awful. Nothing to really present at all.

Nice and welcoming hotel

I liked the beach, especially the Red sea. Next to the beach there is the coral reef. There is a lot of fish, squid. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and always there was big choice. Many bars: 2 next to the reception, sport bar with smoking area, pool bar, a bar next to the coral reef, a bar near the beach for adults. In the pool bar there is sheesha from 18 till 23. The cleaning service is nice. The territory is big. The staff is very polite. There are many cats in the territory. There is animation during the day and animation show in the evening.

Need to wait for the drinks during dinner and supper. If you didn't change the towel for the beach in the evening, next day you will have a problem to change the towel for a new one, I don't know what is the problem to change the towel.

LOCATION is ok, on the beach, with2lagoons and a nice small Cornish for walking/jogging/tanning/fish-watching. BIRTHDAY: cake sent to the room! FOOD: very diverse for all meals of the day; snacks in between, ice-cream; special diets, fruits, yoghurts, plenty of almost everything. In this overwhelming abundance of food we found some delicious pieces! Even so had the feeling that they used the previous foods in the coming one (per example: breakfast sawsages, lunch: roulade with sawsages), some salads&sweets). Check Bordhein restaurant: very nice! DRINKS: booking all inclusive means draft cheap beer (Sakara or Stella not included-extra 40EGP each), any number of glass wine, water, beach juices (en gross -TANG, artificial, E-ish juices), pepsi,7up, etc. Cocktails: made from these juices! Natural juices: 40-50EGP extra! BOOKING.com: not helpful at all. The card accepted for a Cairo hotel payment transaction was multiple times rejected by this hotel. We contacted them with no success. CHECKIN: when we arrived there the receptionists said we have no reservation, even if on the booking app the reservation was confirmed. (I don’t know if this wasn’t just a manuver for more bacsis/tips). When we said we can go to another hotel & informing them we will describe our experience via media networks, they offered us a room with seaview (instead our ‘booked’ one with standard garden view). Checkin was at 2pm & we arrived at 1, so even if we were entitled to early checkin, we came back later... then, we had another surprise: instead of 1double bed, the room had 2singles! Again, hassleing with ‘someone’ from reception to get the confort we needed. In the end we had a room with lagoon view & double bed room, at the ground floor! BEACHBEDS: mostly people wake up early. 5-6am, this because sun gets up early too! There is a custom to put your towel on these beds & after this go for breakfast!

It's a good option to stay in especially if you a snorkeling lover

The snorkeling area was great it saves you going outside the resort for this activity. Beach clean. Food was good Rooms was good also and clean

Our room was very far plus it was in 3rd floor so we had to walk much and thers is no elevator. We was group of 6 and it was very hard each day at dinner to find a proper table for us to sit as the stuff was helping only foreigners to sit and it was not organised so you can find a table of 8 chairs occupied by only 1 person. You have to discover the place yourself as there is no announcement for their activities or what can be done in the resort for example we had discovered the sports corner and the kids club at the last day of our stay

Perfect beach holiday.

I’ve booked this hotel because of how close the beach was. The hotel has several lagoons and you can easily choose where you want to lay. I would like to say thanks to all animation team who were brilliant and made my stay fun.The food was great too, so much variety, you could have everything you could of wanted. If you want the nice beach, tasty food and nice company, this hotel is for you. I’m sure I will be back there.

Relaxing vacation in a sea view room

Friendly staff, food variety, beach, bars, theater area (they announced quarter champions league), Bein package was included in rooms, rooms was clean and tidy during the whole stay, mini bar was replenished every day, and for sure it was a great deal.

Animation Team should be more active and available all over the resort, average age of the guests was over 70 which was wired for the 1st sight.

Red Sea Diving by using Japanese Diving shop.

Near from Diving shop “ SARA (Owner is Japanese) “. Near from Port for Diving. Sea is beautiful. (Front of Hotel).

Door rock was hard to open by Key. Key was broken.

Clean and big swimming pool , friendly , helpful and polite...

Clean and big swimming pool , friendly , helpful and polite staff. Food was delicious with varieties at breakfast and lunch, served for many hours around the day Room service was great bars were sufficient and provide soft and hard drinks for many hours around the day.

Dinner wasn't good at all days of my stay , not at the same level as breakfast or dinner. Need to make the best use of the space at beach, as we faced difficulty to find free places to sit on beach due to crowdedness.
